Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering


It is intended at individuals who are or intend to work or handle food in catering environments. This course will help learners know about food safety in storage, preperation, cooking and handling food.

This course is a short course done usuallly over one day with a multiple choice examination done at the end.


Gaining this qualification will help you increase knowledge in all aspects of food hygiene, food hazards, good hygiene practices and controls that can be put in place for food safety management systems.  


Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering 


This can also be delivered to individuals who are in or wanting to develop to a management role within their workplace.

Award in Emergency First Aid at Work


This qualification is ideal for those working, or preparing to work within an industry wishing to become a First Aider in the workplace.


This again can be done in one of our delivery centes or at your premises. This course can be adapted to suit your business needs and the industry you work in. This will be in line with the Health and Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981 and the Health and Saefty (First Aid) regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982. 


This one day course will help learners increase confidence levels when dealing with emergencies and preventing first aid situations from becoming worse, all staff will be equipped to deal with life saving skills to deal with the emergencies until the professionals arrive on scene. 


This is run over one day and includes theory and practical sessions with continual assessment of the learner throughout the programme. 


Learner who complete the programme will be issued with a regulated qualification which is valid for three years. 

The Award for Personal Licence Holders (APLH)


This one day course is mandatory for those wishing to apply for a personal licence to sell or supply alcohol in England and Wales. This Award for Personal Licence Holders training allows you to achieve this award. 


This can be done in one of our delivery centres nationally and no prior learning is required to do this course.

Level 2 Award in HACCP for Catering


This course is for those who work in a food catering environment and can be food handlers. For those working in a HACCP team in their workplace or preparing to work in this industry.


This course is delivered over one day and assessed through a multiple choice examination done at the end. 


Learners will improve their knowledge in food safety management systems around HACCP principles and how to implement and develop these systems.

Level 2 Award in Health and Safety within the Workplace


This course is designed to improve your knowledge in health and safety practices within your workplace. 


Learners will improve knowledge in areas such as, benefits of good health and safety, responsibilities of employers and employees, how to carry out risk assessment and reduce accidents in your workplace, typical hazards and controls in the workplace.


This can be done in one of our delivery centres or at your workplace, the assessment method for this course will be a multiple choice examination at the end.
